Five Plus Protein Bar Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Five Plus Protein supplements. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Refund window: You have 20 days from the date of delivery to request a refund of the purchase price (minus any shipping costs).

  • How to initiate a refund: To start a refund, please contact our customer service team by email at hello@fiveplusprotein.com. Please put “Refund” in the subject line. Also, please provide the reason you are requesting a refund.

  • Processing time: Once we receive your request for a refund it will be reviewed and, if approved, your refund will be issued at that time. Please note we may reach out to you for additional information and it may take 5-7 days (sometimes longer) for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs: Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
