Official Rules — FNCE 2026 “Win a Year of Five Plus Protein” Giveaway

Entry period. Begins 12:01 a.m. CT on Friday, October 24, 2026 and ends 11:59 p.m. CT on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Entries received outside this window are not eligible.

Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to enter — three separate drawings, three separate winners:

  1. Email drawing. Submit your first name and email address using the entry form at fiveplusprotein.com/win.
  2. Instagram drawing. Follow @fiveplusprotein on Instagram, like the current expo post, and check the Instagram entry box on the same entry form.
  3. Health & Wellness Professionals drawing. Submit a new application to the Five Plus Protein affiliate program at fiveplusprotein.com/affiliate during the entry period. Entrants must meet the program’s health and wellness professional criteria; only applications approved by Sponsor prior to the drawing are eligible. Current affiliates are not eligible for this drawing.

Limit one entry per person per drawing. A person may enter more than one drawing, but no person may win more than one prize; if the same entrant is drawn in a second drawing, an alternate will be drawn.

Prize. Three (3) prizes, one per drawing. Each prize is one year of Five Plus Protein LAST Bars, delivered as a personal discount code good for twelve (12) free 12-count boxes — one free box per order, winner’s choice of flavor — valid for twelve months from issuance (October 28, 2026 through October 27, 2027). Approximate retail value: $588 per prize. Shipping within the US is free. The code is tied to the winner’s email address, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be combined with other discounts or used for subscriptions. Any unused portion expires October 27, 2027.

Winner selection and notification. One winner per drawing will be selected at random from eligible entries on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, and notified by email the same day. Instagram winners will be verified for follow and like before confirmation. Winners must reply to the notification email within fourteen (14) days to claim the prize; if a winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines, an alternate winner will be drawn. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in each drawing.

Publicity. Acceptance of a prize does not constitute consent to use the winner’s name or likeness in Sponsor’s marketing. Sponsor will request permission separately, and winners may decline.

Privacy. Information submitted with an entry is used to administer the giveaway and, where consent is given on the entry form, for Sponsor’s email updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. See Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at fiveplusprotein.com.

General. Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated, duplicated, or fraudulent. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical failures. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Processing Time

Once we receive your request for a refund it will be reviewed and your refund will be issued. It may take 5-7 days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.
